Unsere Produkte
ReMat Group’s regenerated pellets are high-quality secondary raw materials obtained from post-consumer and post-industrial plastics through a certified process of sorting, washing, extrusion, and filtration.
Available in various types and formulations, our pellets can be used in major industrial sectors: packaging, construction, automotive, furniture, logistics, agriculture, and more.
Available Types

Regenerated Pellets
LDPE – Low-Density Polyethylene
HDPE – High-Density Polyethylene
PP – Polypropylene
PET – Polyethylene Terephthalate
PS - Polystyrene (or HIPS for the high-impact version)

Applications of Recycled Plastic Pellets
Recycled plastic pellets are among the most widely used secondary raw materials in the circular economy. Produced through processes such as shredding, washing, melting, and pelletizing, these granules offer a practical and sustainable solution for manufacturers looking to reduce their environmental footprint while maintaining material performance.
Available in various polymers—including LDPE, HDPE, PP, PET, and PS—regenerated pellets are compatible with many standard plastic processing technologies and are suitable for a broad range of industrial applications.
Injection Molding and Blow Molding
Recycled pellets are extensively used in injection molding and blow molding processes to manufacture containers, caps, crates, buckets, bins, and a variety of technical components. Their consistent size and flow properties make them suitable for automated and high-volume production lines.
Film Production and Flexible Packaging
Pellets derived from LDPE and LLDPE are commonly reprocessed into plastic films used for bags, liners, agricultural sheeting, stretch wrap, and other flexible packaging solutions. These applications are especially important in sectors such as retail, logistics, and agriculture.
Piping, Profiles, and Construction Materials
HDPE and PP pellets are ideal for extrusion into rigid pipes, corrugated tubing, profiles, spacers, and structural components used in infrastructure, light construction, and outdoor furniture. These products benefit from the durability, chemical resistance, and weather tolerance of recycled polyolefins.
Thermoformed and Rigid Packaging
Recycled PET and PP pellets can be used to produce sheets for thermoforming applications. These include trays, blister packs, clamshells, and containers for non-food items. Thanks to the quality achieved in the pelletizing process, they offer good optical and mechanical properties.
Industrial and Consumer Products
A wide range of consumer goods—including toolboxes, storage containers, household items, garden products, and low-load automotive parts—can be made using recycled pellets. Their versatility allows for the creation of both functional and aesthetically acceptable products across many markets.
