Integrated Cycle
At the heart of ReMat Group’s activity is an integrated and traceable cycle that begins with the collection of plastic waste and ends with the production of secondary raw materials ready for new industrial applications.
The process starts with the collection and sorting of post-consumer or post-industrial plastic materials from companies, collection centers, logistics networks, or production chains. The waste is carefully separated by type and quality (PE, PP, PET, PS, etc.) and sent to specialized facilities.
After a washing and shredding phase, the plastic is regenerated through extrusion or granulation processes, resulting in high-quality pellets and flakes that comply with European regulations and are suitable for new industrial uses.
The entire cycle is designed to minimize waste, ensure maximum recovery, and guarantee full traceability of the material at every stage. The result is regenerated plastic that can replace virgin plastic, helping to reduce the use of fossil resources, emissions, and overall environmental impact.
Thanks to this circular approach, ReMat Group turns an environmental problem into a tangible resource, generating sustainable value for businesses, communities, and local areas.
